Changes to DA Personnel Rules
Effective February 22, 2008
The District Attorneys have, by a vote of 28 yeas to 2 nays, with 19 abstentions, ratified the changes to the DA Personnel Rules that were adopted by the Council in December. Each office should print out and retain a copy of the changes with their copy of the PAC rules.
Please note that the revised Rule 3.10, District Attorney Investigators, takes effect on July 1, 2008. The other changes became effective on February 22, 2008.
