Open Enrollment Period for the 2010 Plan Year will begin on Friday, October 9 and end on Tuesday, November 10, 2009.
IMPORTANT PROCESS FOR ANNUAL (OPEN) ENROLLMENT:
All employees will need to log-on to the open enrollment Web sites to complete their full Annual Open Enrollment process. There will be a Web portal-landing page, http://team.georgia.gov/portal/site/FLEX for employees to access Flexible Benefits and Health Benefits information. This site will be up from 4:00 AM to midnight October 9 to November 9, 2009 and from 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM on November 10, 2009. Employees may access both Flexible and Health benefits from this site or may visit: www.oe2010.ga.gov to access Health Benefits directly. This site will be up from 4:00 AM on October 9, 2009 through 4:30 PM on November 10, 2009.
The system generated 2010 Annual Open Enrollment Confirmation Statements will be printed immediately after the Open Enrollment period and mailed to each circuit's Office Manager.
