National Computer Forensics Institute to offer 2014 Computer Forensics in Court for Prosecutors

The National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI) is a partnership between the United States Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, and the Alabama District Attorney’s Association to train state and local law enforcement, judges and prosecutors in computer forensics and digital evidence. If selected, you will be attending this course with twenty-three other prosecutors from all over the United States.

The 5 day course focuses on digital evidence, computer forensics and social networks for state and local prosecutors. All costs associated with the course (including travel) are covered by the United States Secret Service.

This training will be held at the National Computer Forensics Institute located at 2020 Valleydale Road, Suite 209, Hoover, Alabama 35244

The next four courses of Computer Forensics in Court for Prosecutors will be held:

  • June 9-13, 2014;
  • June 16-20, 2014;
  • July 28-August 1, 2014; and
  • September 22-26, 2014.

Deadline for submission of application is March 21, 2014.
