2017 Annual (Open) Enrollment

The Annual Enrollment period for the 2017 plan year will begin on Monday, October 17, 2016 and end on Friday, November 4, 2016.

Process for Annual Enrollment:
All employees will need to log in to both, the Flexible Benefits and State Health Benefit Plan enrollment portals to complete their full enrollment process. There will be a Web portal-landing page: http://team.georgia.gov/my-benefits/ for employees to access Flexible Benefits and Health Benefits information.

OR

Employees may visit www.gabreeze.ga.gov to access Flexible Benefits directly, or www.myshbpga.adp.com to access Health Benefits directly. The GaBreeze and SHBP websites will be open from 12:00 a.m. on Monday, October 17 – 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016.

Please remember to keep your confirmation numbers or print the confirmation page from BOTH websites. Check your payroll deduction to verify that the correct deductions are being made. You must notify HR immediately if there are any errors or problems with your elected deductions.
