This report shows all the Bills and resolutions that passed the General Assembly during the 2011 regular session. Bills and resolutions are listed by the Bill Number.
When using this report, it is important that the user not assume that all the Bills took effect on the same date. While the majority of Bills will be effective July 1, 2011, some are effective when they are approved by the Governor. A few, notably HB 24, are not effective until later. (HB 24 is effective Jan. 1, 2013). For that reason, the reader must consult the online version of the Bill.
