Effective August 5, 2011, the members of the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council voted to approve a new procedure for the reimbursement of travel expenses for all state-paid and SPCR personnel. Under the new procedure, state-paid and SPCR personnel who currently receive their pay via direct deposit will also receive their reimbursement for approved travel expenses by direct deposit. The new policy will be incorporated into a change to PAC Policy 4.10.
