Each year, the Council funds scholarships that enable Georgia prosecutors to participate in training programs offered in other states.

Assistant District Attorneys and Assistant Solicitors-General are strongly encouraged to consider and apply for the scholarships, which are awarded by the Executive Director for approved out-of-state training courses, up to $1,500.00 per trip.

Applications are reviewed for the training program’s relevancy to the applicant’s job responsibilities and career, and prior awards to the applicant and his/her office. Supervisory endorsement of the application is required.

Important restrictions apply. Interested prosecutors should contact the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia at 404-969-4001 or send email to info@pacga.org in advance of submitting an application for scholarship funding.
